Many businesses close during the slow season for time off and repairs. This is typically between August and  October, during the peak of hurricane season.

Elbow Cay

• Cap'n Jack's - Aug 9th through late Oct

• Firefly - closed for September

• On Da Beach Bar & Grill - Sep 1st through Oct 7th

• Mackey's Take Out - closed starting Aug 18th

• Sea Biscuit Baker - closed starting Aug 4th

• Sea Spray Resort & Marina - closed Aug 18th through Sept 17th

• Thirsty Cuda - closed starting Aug 2nd

Great Guana Cay

• Grabbers - open as usual 

• Nipper's - open as usual 

Green Turtle Cay

• Albert Lowe Museum - Jul 4th through mid-Nov

• Big O's (on No Name Cay) - closed for Sep

• Bluff House Beach Resort & Marina - closed Sep 2nd through end of Oct

• Green Turtle Club - closed for Sep

• Leeward Yacht Club - closed Sep 8th-23rd

• McIntosh - closed Aug 17th through Sep 8th

• Pinapples Bar & Grill - Sep 8th thru mid to late Nov

• Plymouth Rock Liquors & Cafe - staying open

• Seagrapes Cafe & Seagrapes Spirits - Sep 13th through sometime in Oct

• Spilligate Bar & Lounge - staying open

• Sundowners - closed for September

• Turtle Crawl Cafe - open as usual

• Wrecking Tree - 

Marsh Harbour & Great Abaco

• Jib Room - closed September through mid-October

• Pete's Pub - closed Aug 10th through at least the end of September

• Snappas Bar - closed Sep 2nd through Sep 11th

• Wally's - closed September 9th through the end of November

Spanish Cay

• Spanish Cay Marina - open as usual (and a great place to clear in)

Treasure Cay

• Bahama Beach Club Resort - closed Sep 1st through Oct 30th

• Coop's Waterfront Bar & Grill - closed Sep 1st through Sep 23rd 

• Sunset Pizza - closed Sep 2nd through Sep 29th

• Treasure Sands Club - closed Sep 2nd through Oct 29th
